Job Description
Reporting to the Director, you would be responsible for running the the core reconciliation team based out of Jaipur and Bangalore to carry out the Hedge Fund/Prime Brokerage operations for the bank. This would involve settlements and reconciliations related activity for the equity swaps, security lending and prime brokerage products. Liaising closely with the onshore business in UK, US and APAC you would ensure proper risk & control, new product migrations, process enhancement initiative among many others.
Desired Profile
The Successful Applicant A good Bachelors with at least 10+ years of settlements/reconciliations experience within large investment banks or Hedge Funds Solid knowledge of equity swaps, security lending and prime brokerage products Detailed understanding of broker matching, regulatory environment and upcoming changes Must have led large teams with senior stakeholder management experience Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in high volume environment.
